Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We offer a variety of shipping options and rates. Shipping options include: USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express; UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with a tracking number for your package. You will also receive an email notifying you as soon as the package has been delivered.
Require Signature For Delivery
While reviewing the shopping cart page at the beginning of the checkout process, checking the box that says "Click this box to require signature for delivery" will indicate that the shipping provider must require a signature or other acknowledgement of receipt prior to leaving the package at its destination. Scarlet is not responsible for packages lost or stollen after the packaged is confirmed delivered by the shipping provider. If the "Require signature for delivery" box is not selected, the customer is agreeing that packages may be delivered and left even when a recipient is not present, and such packages will be seemed delivered per the shipping providers standard confirmation. If "Require signature for delivery" is selected, and for some reason the recipient is unable to provide a signature or other acknowledgement and delivery is delayed as a result, it will be the customers responsibility to arrange delivery or pickup from the shipping provider using the tracking information provided by Scarlet.
